For over 1,300 years, Mino ware has been at the heart of Japanese ceramic making. Today it produces more than half of all ceramics in Japan, blending time-honoured traditions with modern techniques. What makes Mino ware unique is its diversity - rather than a single style, it encompasses more than 15 distinct types, each officially recognised as a traditional craft.

Care Instructions

Clean promptly after use and dry thoroughly before storing.
Dishwasher safe, but avoid overloading, as this may cause damage.
When using a microwave, always ensure there is liquid inside. Using it empty may cause damage.
Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as immersing the teapot in water immediately after heating in the microwave, as this may lead to cracking.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring powders, or metal scrubbers, as they may scratch the surface. Use a soft sponge instead.

In the situation where the item you receive is faulty, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
