Our Hojicha Powder is crafted in Shizuoka, using carefully selected green tea leaves that are slowly roasted at high temperature. This roasting process transforms the leaves, creating hojicha’s signature warm, toasty aroma and mellow flavour.
Finely ground into a smooth powder, it is easy to enjoy as a latte or simple cup of tea. Naturally low in bitterness and caffeine, hojicha offers a comforting, rounded taste with gentle sweetness and a soft roasted finish — making it a great alternative for those who love coffee.
No colour additives are used - only the natural roasted tone of hojicha is preserved.
How to Enjoy:
・Add 2–3g hojicha powder (1 heaped tsp) to a cup
・Add a small amount of hot water (30–50ml) and stir until smooth
・Add 150–170ml warm milk and mix gently
・Optional: sweeten to taste with raw sugar, brown sugar, or honey

All of our products are handcrafted/hand finished. Therefore there may be variations in colour, texture, shape and some imperfections. We truly believe these add character to each piece and what make them unique.
In the situation where the item you receive is faulty, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
